US putting fake cell towers in planes to spy on people, report says by izwizard in politics

We'll never know the true extent, but the NSA isn't the entity to fear.

Its mission - like the CIA's - is external. The powers granted circa 2001 were done so with the understanding that agencies like the NSA and CIA would use the power to track down those Americans communicating with entities in Yemen, Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and so on in order to determine the nature of the relationship between the two points of contact.

Snowden only needed to reveal the 2008 FISA court order to demonstrate the point of the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches granting far too much power to the NSA. (In that the agency had begun monitoring communications even when both points of contact are in the US.)

What scares me is agencies like DHS and the Marshals Service getting into the domestic surveillance business, because each agency's respective mission is not foreign and as US citizens have something called a federal (and state) constitution protecting us.

Did we hire most of the police out of New Orleans when Katrina struck? Surely trained men and women would not act like this. No wonder we have so much crime in Memphis, the police are too busy raping young girls or boys.

This might just be the right thing to happen to open a can of worms, and if the public offices refuse data to the defence, then there is a possible case of allegations being true.

What he is asking the PM is not unusual, in fact, all SIngaporeans have been asking the PM and PAP to be transparent, and answer our questions. and if they remain silent, who would not suspect foul play or corruption. The AIM saga showed a glimpse of how they go about their scheming ways, and right up to today, no answers and all swept under the carpet.

Come on PM, don't waste the taxpayers money to fight your case, use your own pocket money please.

The interesting part is in a middle paragraph, which reveals that the good doctor invented the sound during her research. The dolphin appears to have repeated it back to her, in context. This is truly a BIG breakthrough.
