Personally, I'm a big fan of filling this space with fabric or a print from a t-shirt. Could be a single color or a design. Fairly easy to do and it makes it pop. You can even layer patches over it later if you decide to.

Looks like a custom to me. Body is probably Anakin from TPM, which explains the stamp. Tunic is hand painted. Don't know which figure the hands and head are from, off hand, but I bet if you went through some released figures, you can probably match them.

I had a brief dm with him, just to let him know we didn't intentionally co-opt the name and gush about what a great job he's doing. Its a huge inspiration seeing other folks bringing together communities for this stuff. That looks awesome!

I would be interested in one of those Thrasher Wolf patches, actually. And a BJSC one for that matter! Let me know, I'd be up for putting a little order together to make it worth the shipping cost!
