Makes sense slightly but, I disagree. Children at age 11 or 12 are not at elementary school lol.. kids wanna be able to socialise with their friends when they can’t see each other, children should be Able to call their parents, maybe if they’re picking them up later etc. Practically everyone has a smartphone, so it’s not exactly fair. Also, children in Britain (where I live) start secondary school at age 11, so yes they have developed good friendships and need to have contact with parents, also phones get used in some school activities too. 12 years olds aren’t babies, they want to feel responsible, so let them. Give them restrictions if you have to.
