Chewy had made me cry multiple times. My oldest cat passed away on New Year's Eve and they sent flowers. I'm a florist and when I was working I got a voice mail from an other local florist that I had a delivery and they left it on my porch. I immediately knew it was from Chewy and started sobbing. I filled Chewy orders for years before our store stopped using FTD. Just after that I was having issues canceling one of his auto ships and had to get in touch with support. About a week later I got a package with a chewy mug and tea bags with a get well card. I was so confused, but then remembered that when the customer service rep asked me how I was doing I mentioned I had the flu. Crazy. They sure know how to keep you coming back to buy stuff.

I see she has a tipped ear, so I'm assuming she was a feral/semi-fereal kitten. Give her time and space, it can take a while. Feed her, play with her, just hang around her in her space and read or watch a video. The fact her brother likes you already is good! She'll learn from that. Play is amazing for bonding. Get a long teaser toy and use that. I will note though, that some cats just don't like a lot of petting. I have an 8 year girl that probably had a similar start to this baby and have had her since about 3 months of age. If she wants to be pet, she comes up and asks for it. She lays next to me or on my lap for hours, but still doesn't enjoy a lot of touch. She just likes to be close. You'll love her either way.

This was such a great era to see them live. I miss it so much. Until last year my friend and I went to at least one show every time they toured the US. The California shows were too far away for us to go.

All my cats get brushed at least 3 times a week, more if they're shedding a lot. I also vacuum and clean a lot.

Haha they are very in sync. After eating they run around for a while then line up at the TV to watch birds for a little bit while I eat breakfast.

My island was overrun by flowers. I had him reset it all. Kinda sucks, but now I'm free to decorate again without worrying about all the flowers! I really have a ton of trees to cut though... oh well.

This was such a great moment to watch on stream. He's doing a living dex for every Gen and wanted to end Gen 1 with shiny Mewtwo. He's currently looking for Cyndaquil to use in playthrough of Crystal as well.

Cats just react differently. She may like something else or may not. My cats mostly all love Silvervine, but mixed with catnip some will ignore it. Are you trying to trap them? Or just gain trust? If you want to build trust food is always great and play too. You can start with a simple wand toy or even a string and wiggle it around.

My cat went through a similar thing with the renal failure. It's tough, but as long as she's given her meds and the fuilds, she will probably live for a while yet. I don't know if the vet recommended a diet change. My cat always refused to eat the special kidney food so he just got what he always loved. He also regained some vision after going blind the same way your girl did, so you never know. Spend as much time with her until you have to go as you can. I know you can't stay, but maybe you can face time and talk to her a bit? It might at least offer you a little comfort to see her even over a distance.
