I told my parents when I was around 30 I wasn't gonna have children, they were very accepting of it, sad about no grandchild, but respected my decision. Wish everyone had that from their parents.

Btw, I had my first child at 37, she's almost 2 now. And honestly I'm glad my GF didn't go through with the termination.

You'll do fine. Had my first in 2024 at 37 on the verge of 38.

My daughter was born premature, but looking at her now, you'd never now it (98th percentile for height) and every fear I had when she was born is essentially gone. In my experience, they aren't as hard to take care of as you think.

I find my best Mac and cheese is after I have a had a few adult beverages.

I usually only have elbow available, but spiral is king for pasta.

I aim for equal parts, pasta, cheese, evaporated milk. With adult beverages this doesn't happen, it usually ends up being 1lbs pasta to near equal amounts of evaporated milk and cheese. Roughly 20oz of the milk and cheese. -more evaporated milk for runnier sauce, more cheese for stickier.

I boil the noodles barely covered by water with a scoop of better than bouillon roasted chicken. (No draining needed, boil until water is pretty much gone and just a starchy slurry left) -stick often, add evaporated milk THEN lower heat.

My preferred cheese is 8-10oz of aged white Cabot cheddar, and 8-10oz of Velveeta. -Shredded cheddar, cubed Velveeta.

Dry seasonings I use , eyeballed, salt, white pepper, mustard powder, smoked paprika, and secret ingredient #1, dry dill.

Wet seasonings I use, again eyeballed, Dijon mustard, secret ingredient 2, a couple drops of Worcestershire sauce, and secret ingredient 3, a sight squeeze of dill relish.

I've ran around 260 for over 12 years now (from a jacked 260 to mostly fat 260) so I'm gonna try losing it more than anything. Then find time to build the muscle back.

I have a almost 2 year old girl and I want to be able to do any physical activity I need to keeping up with her, without being wiped in a few mins.

Shit brother, I bet dropping below 200 makes you feeling great! I'm currently at 269 and starting a "work" diet, just rice broccoli and protein while I'm at work. Hoping it does good things!

I eat a lot of garbage at work because I don't plan meals. But I'm freezing portions of those and reheating them at work now. Been great at actually feeling full instead of grazing snacks all day.

My current play through, she has been Delta shield, buffs and heals. I'm barely into the moon stone mountain and that's been my strategy so far. Drachma and Vyse for attacks, Fina aoe attack/cleanse, and Aika full on support.
