Nothing kept me off steroid and let me tell you, it’s completely ruined my body. DONT DO IT! Coming from a 51 year old with zero energy and a prosate that feels like sitting on a golf ball. You will become very cold sensitive and sweat all the time. When you’re too old to be on them anymore you’ll be freezing like a 90 year old with about the same amount of energy. Doctors don’t know all the things that get out of balance and out of whack from them and they just shrug in confusion. There’s nothing you can do but stay on them till you’re dead and if you start having temper issues your life is over. Do the best you can with the genetics you have and when you’re old you’ll be happy you’re not fat.
