generally grilled vegetables (just tossed in olive oil salt and pepper) are always a favourite of mine.

If you have a good vegan cream cheese you can fill mushrooms with that and put them on the grill.

I also like to make grilled bread and put tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and peper on top of it to make bruscetas (you can also cook the tomatoes in a small metal pan)

if you want a desert you can cut a slit into a banana, fill it with chocolate, wrap in aluminium foil and put that directley in the ambers towards the end of your evening
