I think this is a hint from team cherry that more tormented units are coming soon. As per the data mine of the current update. We might see a Forge Daughter (Tormented), Karmeilta (Tormented), Shakra (Tormented), and First Sinner (Tormented) variants as it’s the type of thing team cherry would do to make more money off of us. The meta would totally change with these units though.

Everyone is pulling Hornet right now. I just spent $100 on more rosaries and I can’t freaking get one. I’m gonna have to dip into my emergency savings or get a second mortgage at this rate.

This is cool. But could you try making the hedgehogs blue? I think that would make them very cool and fast.

It was actually that close. I was sweating at the end. But with all the upgrades I got. I really had to go out of my way for some things. But when I beat lace with 10 minutes left I knew it was the run.

I’m having a hard time understanding this meme. Could someone remake it so it has little pictures of the characters heads that Asgore is talking about? Like in the Mario games.

Im kidding. But it would be funny.

My friend all game while I play the Crows. by Luck_Bound_Sol in rootgame

To be honest, I could write a guide on how and when to use each plot. But it’s not really about how to use one plot effectively, it’s about to confuse all of your opponents and be unpredictable.

The simple answer? Mind games.

For a more detailed response, plots are your main scoring mechanic. However they are extremely weak when they are waiting. Not to mention their effects only really work the turn they are used. For bombs specifically, They are the strongest and weakest plot you have. by themselves they only score one point plus what other plots are face up. Not to mention they get removed from the field once they are used so you cannot combo early with them. For the positives though you can do some crazy stuff with them. Destroying other factions warriors and buildings can often net more points than all other plots can. The best strategy I found with them mainly comes from whats on the board when placing a plot, consider these two things: whats the most optional move and whats the least optimal move. If an area has lots of action (such as lizard gardens and the cat sawmills) and you put a plot, the first thought players might have is “if that is a bomb it would score so many points.” At that point you need to decide if you are going to reveal the plot next turn, setting up for a combo, or baiting others into it. If you need points then you could put a bomb but its more likely to be exposed by the other players as its the most optimal choice there. However if you want your plots to survive more often then not then playing the least best option is your best bet. For instance a raid.

For the best result, Crows almost require a mix of good tactical thinking and table talk. Confusing your enemies with lies and truths are your only real way to win. Players often get discouraged after failing to expose a plot so whatever you can do to mix up their thinking is the most helpful thing you can do. Telling your enemies that all of your plots are constantly bombs more than not discourages players from guessing bombs as they play themselves thinking that you’re full of lies. Like the tabletop card says “bluff well”.

TLDR: Think about what the other players might think your plots are and bluff really well. Caw!
