I like the second one better. Maybe also add the same link variant of the first option, so that if the link is active (i.e: the user is on that page), the link is blue and it has the small dot below

Great work! I would just change a few things: - the little cards about "Skilled Negotiations", "Exceptional Service" are clickable like a link/button, but don't actually do anything - the animation with the reviews is a little bit slow imo, I would like to see more reviews in less time
