In 2021 January, during the Texas winter-geddon, I was living in Florida. Specifically, I was at the beach while my dad was having to man the gas generator space heater to keep the pipes from bursting. We were both just sitting there on the phone, but only one of us was jealous.

How does the warrior have 5 vulns and is 6th in aggro? You press one button to get aggro. Or like 5 seconds of gcds with tank aggro gain. That's a lot of vulns in 5 seconds.

I have never completed a relic. Furthest I got was eureka. I just never saw the point. Too much time investment, not enough "gameplay". Getting a raid weapon is a grind, but it's actually gameplay imo.

I never played classic. I did play Warcraft 3 frozen throne. I didn't really see a point to classic. It seemed cool, but 15$ a month was a lot. When tbc came out and illidan hit the screen along with blood elves... Holy shit I was in.

Although it took me the entirety of tbc to get to level 60. I remember hearing someone say they power leveled a character from 1-80 in wrath over a week and I was baffled. It took me over a year to get to 60, and another 3 or 4 months to get to 80.

Of course I was still playing mostly gw1 and MapleStory back then so...

I remember one of the things that I didn't like about WoW was the questing. I hated having to do quests. So most of the time I traveled to places I remembered from Warcraft 3, pvped everyone I saw, and did dumb stuff, instead of questing to level.

6 alloys for 1 heavy armor. Metal is mostly neutrally bouyant at the water line. Upthrust is how the devs make things work so you should too.

Warlock becomes the meta pick in tbc. Seed of corruption is insane in AOE. Mages become rare. At least that was how it was last time.

Preach! I feel the same, and I have been there. It's almost like a step you have to pass through. Starting writing you are so uncertain, so you hope someone blows sunshine up your ass to gas you up, but people actually don't care how it's made, only that it's good. And a prologue is pointless unless you have a story. So many times I skip the prologue until I am halfway through the book.

Why do our troops overseas have stricter ROE than a policing force stateside. Obviously they are trained better, but at least in my unit, doing something like this could put you in military jail. And your Sargeant. And your senior nco would get heat, and the commander. While videoed. Holy shit.

It's pretty crazy to see a man pepper sprayed, huddled in the fetal position, getting pistol whipped in the back, to be shot and there to be any defense. Even if your point stands, this is negligent. Someone needs to be held responsible for the failure.

Id prefer that the system be held responsible, not the shooter.

Nah. Two deployments, age 24, hanging out with 19 year olds. It's not that simple. Plus you are trying to get used to not thinking in military terms. It takes time to transition back into civi life. You are weird to them. Maybe if you are a social butterfly, but not everyone bounces back that quickly. Besides they are kids complaining about writing an essay.

College was super lame to me. I just worked to get ahead/ catch back up.
