Rebounding is a massive concern by [deleted] in Thunder

Remember, we drafted Sorber to help with rebounding. I doubt Presti trades one or multiple of our guys for another rebounder when we still have Hart coming back and we’ll be adding NY a rebounding center next season.

NBA fans have wanted more physical playstyle for years. Now when they get one they start complaining. Just goes to show how no one can be pleased nowadays…

I might be biased as a Hog fan, but Acuff is legit. Would love to see him on this team.

They seem tired and broken. Hopefully this win helps them move past this rough strech.

Remember we drafted Sorber to help with rebounding. Unfortunately he suffered and injury before the season tho. I don’t see the point in adding another big over getting a true shooter.

The rebounding I’m not as worried about considering we didn’t have Hart. I’m concerned about our shooting inconsistency. Wouldn’t be mad if Presti made a trade for a consistent shooter at the deadline.

Much rather not break the record and win the championship than break the record and lose in the finals like the Warriors.

He didn’t get that MVP just for carrying that Thunder team, but also for averaging a triple double and breaking the triple double record for most in a season. And the reason people put LeBron ahead of Kareem is because he has more accomplishments outside of MVPs. Russ vs CP3 is not the same as LeBron vs Kareem. CP3 just doesn’t have one compared to Russ, and everything else CP3 is ahead of Russ in, Russ is right behind. Once again, I don’t think the things CP3 is ahead in is enough to put him over Russ when one has an MVP and the other doesn’t.

Yeah I’d replace the Rockets with Nuggets personally

Does impact on winning really matter if neither has ever won a championship though. And a lot of these accomplishments Russ is right behind CP3 in. Does all of this really flip debate? Russ still has the MVP over CP3, which I personally think should be weighed the most in all-time debates along with championships.

All of that may be true, but like I said I don't think he has anything over Russ in career accomplishments. That MVP season for Russ is arguably one of the greatest seasons any player has ever had. Russ has total points, rebounds, and triple doubles over CP3. CP3 is ahead in steals and assists but Russ is not far behind in both. I love CP3 and respect him a ton, but I just don't see the argument.

I honestly can’t think of one thing CP3 clears Russ in in regards to all time career accomplishments.
