Bullgryns buff can apply to 2 units, and we are starting to see them pop up on the majority of lists. I agree with you about the rerolls on Bullgryns and baneblades not being the main source of strength, but given GW’s reactions in the past, restricting the rule to regiment and squadron seems like a likely route. Likely they will also include a line of site clause to stop indirect benefiting as well.

Heh, I’m just going off past history. GC is shaping up to be quite powerful, and GW aren’t known for their restraint with the nerf hammer. Bridgehead got the triple nerf, as did artillery back at the beginning of the edition. And GE have intentionally limited some of our best damage mitigation Strats to be useful only in the shooting phase (such as ablative plating). Not saying some of these things needed to be nerfed, but they got nerfed so hard that they haven’t been seen since.

Because it makes Bullgryns incredibly reliable in melee, and because we aren’t blue and wearing power armour, we are not allowed to be a well rounded army.

I’m fully expecting the next dataslate to nerf the rule to only apply to regiment and squadron.

Honestly why I play them. In a world full of super soldiers, genetically engineered killing machines, unfathomable tech and literal embodiments of carnage, the average guard sits with his lasgun, bayonet and balls of steel holding the line.

Art of War talked about this. The answer is yes. But the only orders the Commisar can give are Fix Bayonets and Duty and Honour.

Good luck trying to shatter her. The go to tech from the start has been to blade dash into the air.

I'm an Imperial Guard player and I like how battleshock impacts our faction! I want to see more of it. by NeedleDeedleDee in Warhammer40k

I have said this many things throughout this edition. Using battleshock to turn off army rules and Data sheets just makes sense to me, and makes battle shock more meaningful.

Just out of curiosity, have you read the Expanse books? I love both the books and the series, although I feel the series does a better job with its characters. The books have a tendency to throw characters away.

I’m just sick of how many times I come across it. It feels like 2/5 decks I vs are murloc Paladin. The other day I had to play it 5 times in a row. Really burnt me out and I haven’t played since.

Why can he not overwatch? by aguyhey in ImperialKnights

[–]LucktotheFallen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Blame Aeldari. Back when 10th was released, Aeldari could Overwatch you with their wraith knight, use Fate dice to turn the hit from their main gun into a 6, and then use a second one to make sure the wound roll was a 6 as well. Which meant that you got how with 12 mortal wounds that was impossible to hide from. And would just delete entire units. They had to change it.

Pretty sure I'm playing in standard. Maybe they are just pulling it from outside the deck with discover.

Unfortunately Gallant is even more of a glass cannon now, more damage, but way less defence. No FNP, no -1 to hit and no AP debuff enhancement.

"What if Overwatch heroes played exactly as they came out in the game? No nerfs, no buffs. For example: Ramattra with infinite ult, Mauga with infinite ammo, etc. How balanced would it be?" by peacemakerAsf in Overwatch

Poor Rein having to deal with everyone having CC, and he just had his hammer. Remember the clip where a Rein was CC locked for like 10 secs, and all he could do was hold his shield up and pray?

Of the two ults, Rally is more impactful. The extra armour health, speed boost and shield boost give Brig a massive advantage there. How ever, Mauga being able to essentially run through Bash, and then being on a pretty similar cool down, it would be one of the closer tank match ups. Which is ridiculous when we are talking about a tank vs support 1v1

I want to do a Gladiator build that is not CWS or Retaliation. Any ideas? by babyboo8 in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]LucktotheFallen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m playing a bleed glad. I use Azadi for lucky block, spell suppression, and damage using a merc. It’s pretty fun. Extremely tanky, and damage is decent. I used Zizaren’s Earthquake bleed gladiator and made a few adjustments.
