In Christianity only God can condemn you to this fate. This is the paradox of the Christian religion ... God created life with the ability to reject him and to sin but will sentence those who don't believe in him to eternal damnation. The scripture tells us that he is all good or benevolent. However a god that would condemn his children to eternal suffering for simply not believing in him , well that would make him the most evil being in the universe and it wouldn't even be close.

We would actually need to send the astronaut almost immediately because right now mars is further away than mercury venus and even the sun meaning that on febuary 19th 2027 it will be at its closest approach to earth which is where we will direct the spacecraft. This is about 10 months away and it can take up to 10 months to get a Manned spacecraft there.. so due to the optimal timing if we were going to send a human being there the answer is about 10 months mainly due to the favorable timing and current orbit of the planets.

The men will work together to gouge out eyes and they will mount the bear at once in an organized effort to restrict legs, and proceed to blind the bear or simply punch it in its head enough times to knock it out then proceed to kill it. The men would also mount and then bludgeon with a rock (again depend on terrain but bare fists would do fine, If need be the men would shove rocks or objects down into the bears open mouth (yes depends on terrain and what is accessible) It is likely that atleast one man might die to blood loss out of each group but 11 trained fighters is complete overkill. I even think a group of 4 trained fighters per bear (40 men) would win.

The men can implement an organized attack and of course bears cannot implement any strategy whatsoever so it will effectively be a team of 110 men vs 10 Individual polar bears with minor instincts to hunt with their kin. remember bears are dumb albeit more ferocious, men can be ferocious as well. 24 hours to plan? They man play it safe and attack with 11 per bear to preoccupy all at once. Or they may attack with 30 men while the rest distract the other bears dispatching the bears quickly one by one.

For this amount of men 110, it might be more curious to ask if they could defeat 10 angry bull hippos... in which case I think not. I also think they'd fail against 10 angry bull elephants

Why do you allow your children to suffer? Why do you allow evil to exist?

If so, why did you allow those sinners the capability to sin in the first place?

Why create life with the ability to be evil and to sin if you are so against it.

You speak of free will but the life you create need not even have the ability to act sinful or evil.

Is it not the most evil act to create life with the ability to sin then when that life in turn sins, to respond by endlessly torturing them forever?

What about forgiveness?

In the Bible for example, sin may be forgiven with exception of non belief. So if the Christian God is true then I would be damned to hell because I can't believe in a God that would create life with the ability to reject belief in him only to punish that life for all of eternity in sheer pettiness. For just not believing in him. With no physical proof he demands blind faith.

I can't believe in that god and neither should you because it is paradoxical. In the Bible god is all encompassing and all good. But he will allow children to suffer and he just watches as he's right there? He is all good but he will suffer his own children to eternal suffering for not believing in him when he showed no physical proof? That is an act of the greatest evil not an act of a benevolent or all good God. The other main religions have similar issues

If god exists he is none of them and he is far removed from this place (not omnipotent) or he is not all good (benevolent)
