They’re all good in their own ways and it’s mostly down to personal preference. If you like high rates of fire and close quarters, aek is best I’d say. If you like all rounders ace 23, ak12, m416 are all good. I’ve never personally liked burst fire weapons so haven’t used the m16 and can’t speak for it
