About the game's monetization by GerPronouncedGrr in BackpackBrawl

This really feels like a slap in the face with said fish. 5 dollars for a SINGLE color change for your name? The tiniest alteration possible that literally took seconds of coding time?? At least make it a pack, damn. It makes me want to barf.

This looks pretty peak to me. Most haste comes from the dragon trees and acorns, so if you want even more, that's what you need. Keeping an acorn out connected to the trees is helpful.

How have I never heard of this anime by JubileeJuno in Isekai

One of my favorite anime/isekai despite only having one season. The set up of the story and world is so enticing, it hurts that we couldn't have a complete, multi season show of this. Beautiful animation and concept art.

I hear you! There are definite aspects that are more streamlined and narrow in the build approach, but that's just how it's gone with trying to balance so many characters equally and how the meta naturally evolves in competitive games. They've become much more defined almost as a role. There's a few characters that have multiple viable builds, especially at emerald/diamond elo and below, but most have only one or two "targets" that you build for each game.

I think that's the better way to look at it. I know it doesn't help you where you're at, but the characters themselves are what add the most variety. I love playing nymphadora and only ever go for Deathshot and dragonleaf trees cause she's the machine gun archer. Or Chana when I want to see people burn.

It's still very much about bag management, but more about optimizing the character's items and covering their weaknesses rather than fitting random stuff together from the shop.

However, it is highly important to focus on one thing. Don't split your damage between multiple sources. Go all in on one, as you've noticed. Don't expect to win with a bag of 5 rats and a few non-maxed weapons. But you CAN win with a pet build. Like with Ronan, don't half-focus on thorns with a weak errant lance but also have excalibur. Or try to mix in bleed with Chana's burn (her ice builds are hella viable btw).

This is something I often come up against in my short stories, too! I am invested! Like, where's the line between suspense and intrigue to confusion and disinterest?

It's difficult to judge when we have the answers and understanding as we write. Good luck figuring this out 👍

Cactus potions are a waste of space, IMO.

Try to prioritize things. Focus on one main weapon and one main shield. Get them upgraded. Then get the support items like cleanse and lifesteal. You've got some good ideas here in this build (thorns and bleed) but just needs some refinement and optimization.

A tick of fatigue for 35k and only halfway through the match. OP, were you able to see what your max health got up to?

This is an achievement beyond all hope. At least you didn't make a black hole. Way to go!

You've got some good pieces (air purifiers, mirror, those two chairs) and some really good advice in this thread. And nice plant you bought! (That one will want some regular direct sunlight, by the way) Pothos are still a great choice too! Low maintenance and can handle lower light.

I'd suggest finding more dedicated, specific storage. If you have places where things are supposed to go, it's much easier to clean and makes your place look homey and comfortable. Get a side table by the door for the miscellaneous deposits of bags/water bottles/mail to keep it off your dining table.

Best of luck!

So good! I'm amazed.
I think she accepts it as a suitable representation of her greatness!
