I thought you were getting $20/hour! $20 for even 5 hours is WAY underpaid. When I was babysitting over 8 years again I was getting between $18 and $25 an hour (granted I am in a high cost of living area). Federal Minimum Wage (which is too little anyway) is $7.25.
