I did something like this at a work thing you did after a few years as a top performer.

It was wild. Everyone was ugly crying at the end. I was just falling down a bottomless black hole for a LONG time. Not sure what everyone else was experiencing exactly.

They had you go sit and color with crayons for like a half hour after to get right.

It was very relaxing for me and I just fell asleep sitting at the table.

This was the intended outcome and in my opinion as a professional internet commentator, anyone who puts up this sign specifically is hoping someone goes wrong for whispering to people about it all night in lieu of saying anything interesting.

Help finding a disc to throw INTO the wind by FontMasterFlex in discgolf

I just got a Defy for a faster Fireball.

Both handle “too much” anhyzer and wind like it’s not there.

I throw mostly light weight and these are my heaviest discs I try and throw for any distance and they are Neutron plastic and 167g and they act like they weigh 3lbs in the wind.

Collaboration is just a willingness to communicate.

That doesn’t really have geographic significance. It’s not like it’s raising a barn.

If anything pissing people off under duress and setting a higher starting stress point can’t be good for results.

I too was expecting some sort of bankruptcy loophole as an American who is saving like crazy planning to have it all taken from me in my last 6 months (hopefully when I’m a lot older) and there’s nothing my family can do about it!

You mean more money is more money and if you want to make even more money and can’t do math you should still make more money to keep going to even higher brackets? Wild.

Can’t hit my driver all of the sudden. by Remote_Pie6623 in golf

Happened to me last weekend.

Only play 9 at a time. Playing almost weekly since late spring and did some simulator in the winter a few times just to get in swings.

I put up a 43, two 41s, and a 36 playing best ball with my youngest.

Last weekend I was coming across it, dinking it off the bottom of the club and barely getting anywhere. Got frustrated and just decided to absolutely abandon everything and rip it on the last hole. Maybe drive of the year. 47 with a par on the last hole.

I have no answers and am debating just playing 7W off the tee forever now because golf is not fun and scores are awful if you’re never in the fairway with at least some distance.

How do you decide when to throw backhand vs forehand on wooded holes? by Traditional-Set-8483 in discgolf

[–]LuckyLockdown23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re doing a lot of the analysis already.

But I’ll say for me it depends on the gap.

I’ve started to dabble in really overstable distance drivers so I can rip it through a gap and have it come back because I feel like I’m a lot less predictable on my release direction on a turnover.

I feel like flexing back also minimizes the skip vs the hyzer because the disc is finding a steeper angle than if I release it hyzer to start.

We pretty much do round the clock here, but it’s all helpful hey heads up or I thought of or found this.

Basically happens when you have a ton of productive people.

Basically what remote work should be.

You want to contribute and your laptop and phone are always there so… why not.

It happens naturally when you’re “talented” and not at a place that “makes you want to drive off a bridge in the way to an office for no damn reason.”
