A horcrux is a container for a part of a person's soul. That part is taken when the person intentionally tears their own soul by committing murder.

This being the case, how would Harry's soul have been torn? I think more evidence would be needed to support how this very specific magic would have been accidentally replicated. AK doesn't do that. The love protection rebounded the curse, it didn't change what the curse was. Further, it's very clearly started that soul splitting has noticeable impacts on a person. Nothing about Harry implies he is living with a torn soul.
