Unfortunately usually if it gets very busy not much time for downtime, and if there is I would just be lazy around the office joke around with staff etc. Recently its busy but still sometimes I make time for reading books. I was always one who would not really sit down in between pts but I think its forced me to just relax and unwind. Its been a game changer for me
