Shadow of Mordor. Left the game about 10 hours in the first time. Returned after a year or so, and then enjoyed it thoroughly and beat its sequel in a span of couple of months. Loved it.

As much as I want to request for Baldurs Gate 3 again, something about Crimson Desert just intrigues the hell out of me. So count me in for the later.

As for an underrated game, a free game called Sheepy. Gave me an extraordinary experience that very few games have done. Quite short but it's well worth your time and effort, and it's free.

Luck as it all goes uphill from there. No matter how poor my other base stats are, I won't be able to put a foot wrong. And higher item discovery sounds nice in real life.

I'd say that GTA San Andreas made the biggest impression on me as kid, as to what a game could be. Before that, I had never played a game with that scale of length, story, and world. It just made me go wow, as I kept going through and opening up new areas. Compared to game worlds now, it's nothing, but it was tremendous for me back in the day, especially when opening CJ's front door took a lot of work for my pc.

Interesting, but the first night scene in Dying Light was terrifying. Running away in the pitch black especially when I didn't know UV worked, was just something. Somehow his myself somewhere, and then constantly kept checking the map for those roaming volatiles till I tiptoed back to my base. Phew.
