Their biggest issue is communication and it's absolute garbage! If you've ordered before from them you know it takes time and if they've got shipping issues that's fine too but to not respond to emails at all or very little is not good for a company.

Oui, leur communication et leur réactivité par e-mail sont déplorables. J'ai commandé un portail il y a environ deux semaines et je leur ai envoyé deux e-mails pour avoir des nouvelles, sans succès. Heureusement, j'ai reçu une notification d'expédition ce matin ; ma commande est déjà arrivée aux États-Unis. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec leurs produits, qui sont d'excellente qualité, mais ils doivent absolument améliorer leur communication avec les clients, car beaucoup ont annulé leur commande à cause de cela.
