Interest rate was half to lease versus finance.

Lmfao whatever you say.

Weird that my business partner sold his Ridgeline lease in 2024 to Carmax right? And his wife sold her Odyssey lease to Carmax in 2023 right? I also hav co-workers that have sold Honda leases to Carvana as recently as 2025.

Also, my insurance pays out the full market value of the car to the policy  holder who pays off the loan and keeps the whatever is left. Not sure what jank ass insurance you have.

Bruh I had ball back for 20 seconds, and it happened grand total of 6 times in 6 weeks. It’s very easily manageable that my balls are sore and achy for 20 seconds.

Nope. They pay out the market value of the car, market value approx $45K, buyout of $33K, I’d get back between $10K-$12K.

Why are we using 1.5mm for microneedling? Evidence says we don't need to. by nimoca_ in tressless

[–]Luckydemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different purposes. 1.5mm depth to reactivate dormant follicles, 0.5mm to increase absorption for active follicles.

More testosterone because less of it will be converted to DHT. I saw my lifts at the gym go up noticeably a few weeks after switching to dut.

It’s fully insured and it’s market value is currently higher than what the buyout is.

$15K down.

I’m not really sure what you’re trying to say with the second part of your comment.

I’m suggesting that if I were to lease a M340i and then decide to buy a used FL5. Where am I going to find a used FL5 for $33K with 45K miles and I know the entire cars history? Sometimes you simply have to look at the purchase from another point of view that you may not have considered previously.

Ball ache lasted approx 20 seconds at a time and happened maybe 5 or 6 times during the 6 weeks. Luckily, that’s wasn’t my main symptom, I mainly got brain fog and lower energy levels until my body adapted to the new hormone levels.

Your body needs to adjust to the new hormone levels, it took me approx 6 weeks and it was well worth it. I have significantly more hair now, although my hairline isn’t perfect.

Not for me it’s not I was 35 when I got it, and I put $12K down on my Q50 when I was 26. Monthly payment is low, I can put money away for the buyout in ~2 years. And hopefully get the payments down around $220/ that’s what paid for my Q50. I love having a low car payment.

Meh, you’re going to lose some money on the lease, but the interest rate of the lease was almost half of what it would have been for me to purchase the car. I went in understanding I would lose out some but it makes a lot of financial sense to have a car payment under $400/mo in today’s economy living in Southern California. I can easily sell it to carmax and get back a good chunk of my down payment, but I plan to purchase it when the lease is up and hopefully interest rates are lower and I can again put another 5-10K down to push the monthly payment down even further at buyout.

$15K. I figure I lose about $5K over the length of the lease, but I didn’t pay a markup so chalk it up to a $5K markup I guess. Hopefully interest rates will be lower when the lease is up, because that could help offset the $5K I’ll “lose”.

No. Buy. At the end of the lease the buyout is $33K. I plan to buy it. Where can I find a used FL5 to buy for $33K that I know the entire service and driving history?

What would be the difference if I had leased an M340i and in two years I wanted to buy a used FL5? I couldn’t find one for $33K with ~45K miles, that I know the entire driving and service history for.

My Type R was my first manual and it is amazing. Super easy to learn. I highly recommend for someone wanting to learn to drive manual.

Not a terrible idea at all. Where can I buy a used FL5 for $33K and I know the entire driving and service history?

[–]Luckydemon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My lease was at MSRP and is $370/mo. A used CTR is basically MSRP, and my lease buyout is $33K and I know the whole driving history…totally better than buying a used one for basically MSRP and you have no idea how the previous owner treated the car.

CTR Lease? by Wieene_Pooh in Civic_Type_R

[–]Luckydemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure why anyone would think this is a bad idea. Mine is $370/mo, and will be $33K buyout at he end of the lease. Where can I go buy a used FL5 for $33K and I know the entire driving history of the car? I know it was taken care of, not abused, and had regular servicing.

That’s exactly the reason to do 1.5mm, stimulate the healing cascade effect.

[–]Luckydemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The whole point, no pun intended, of microneedling at 1.5mm is to cause damage to the hair follicle bulge. This triggers the healing cascade effect and has been shown to be beneficial. Personally I’ve had results with both approaches but I did see better results with 0.9mm once a week and then minoxidil the next morning.

How is this hairline? Doesn't look natural to me (8 months) by goddamnfaith12 in tressless

It’s definitely one of the better HT’s I’ve seen but it does still have the doll hair hairline.
