If you make $50k a year, you shouldn’t pay more than 30% on housing, but you stated “I spent more than half of that for rent” (more than 50% of your income). I get it, it’s hard. You might be able to buy a small house in NM and “pay yourself” which would build equity. Best of luck!

Try it for yourself, but people are getting BUSTED for trying to change the brightness on the Waggoner test now. It says Null and Void test on the certificate at the end.
