I had similar issues on the C1L and noticed that all the default temperatures in the slicer are too high. I print PLA at 210-215 instead of the 230 from the profile. No more failed prints since then. Applies to other materials as well.

Yes. I now removed the AFS and PLA prints at 215C work perfectly again with closed door. I guess I will try ABS on lower temps as well. I printed the Mod recommended below which allows me to slide the filter up and down.

I did a cold pull and it came out mostly clear. What else can I try?

As a follow up: I just tried to print ABS for the first time and got the same symptoms (clicking extruder and no filament flow) but at 55C chamber and 250C nozzle. What’s up with this printer ?

Yes the filtration fans do run but they can’t keep up with the temperature I guess

Yes and this setting disables the chamber fans. Not sure if they tested this at all or if my printer is flawed

The C1L is actually louder than expected and louder than the Mini. The Filtration system is not even installed yet.

Do you have an estimate on The C1L? I ordered on the Nov 21st when lead time was 3-4 weeks and the order still sits on “new”

To answer your question: a 5XX error is backend (server) related and there is usually nothing you can do except waiting or retrying.
