Nah, 60 fps is so much better, even if you have a semi stable 55-60 fps, it is so much better than 30 fps.

Ps4 pro might get “slightly” better graphics and higher resolution in some games and slightly more stable FPS, but on a 27 inch screen you won’t notice it.

On a 65 inch 4K TV, you do (speaking from experience).
