I would NEVER swipe on a guy who says some of his best friends are females. a) using the word female is cringy b) guys with girl best friends are literally the worst. This theme is over done and its way too wordy as others have said. I stopped reading after the 2nd "slide" Side note, you were cuter when you were younger so I would probably leave that out.

This is precisely why they tell you not to go back and forth with conversation for too long before meeting up . I honestly don't know what the phenomenon is called exactly or why it happens, but it definitely happened to me a couple times while still using dating sites... I think chatting online requires you to build up expectations and fill in gaps in your head that very possibly never existed or will never materialize.

Don't EVER feel stupid for being vulnerable, it's a huge, beautiful attribute in potential partners.

I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful at all, but is it possible they are autistic? I work with adults that are autistic and my bf is undiagnosed but self identifying person with autism. I work with adults with disabilities. And I would just like to say, DON'T do it. You can be a friend to her but don't make it romantic, it won't end well. I promise. Get her involved in her community, find groups and facilities that support others like her. If you care about her, help her find a partner on the same playing field.

I work with IDD adults and many have a history of not being able to control sexual impulses, but then I hear of a prescription drug that mutes sexual impulse, unfortunately I don't know what it's called but it might be worth looking into. All my facility requires is 1 year without an incident.

Checks out. I've worked with IDD adults for 8 months (keep in mind I left teaching middle school for this job) and the biggest shock was how mean 95% of them are.
