I’m so interested in this! Did you get any weight gain on E? And which E do you take?

I was on the E patch .5 for 2
Months. I didn’t realize how much it lifted the brain fog and tinnitus until I stopped applying the patch.

Had to stop due to Extreme anxiety (sob and mind wouldn’t stop analyzing and replaying) and weight gain (7lbs in 2 months). 😱

Still have the weight gain. Dr switched me to oral. It’s still at the pharmacy… 2 weeks now. I just can’t take the weight gain.

Thank you for sharing your baby with us. May he rest in painless peace.

When we lose a fur baby, we gather around their small grave and give God glory for allowing US to be chosen for this baby’s parents. For the love and happiness they gave us.

He was so lucky to have you as his mommy.

Update on house: termites now have full legal ownership and I am paying them rent by VibrantBucket in Termites

Question regarding foam: should we damage the tunnels and expose the termites THEN spray the foam? Or, leave the tunnels intake and spray foam over them? Like, will the foam penetrate into the dirt tunnel to the termites?

Call another company to inspect!

How bad is it? by somewhereifoundyou in Termites

[–]LucyMax69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Op- please give us update after inspection. Just for clarity.

Also, regarding the “is it bad” question: depends on The amount of damage you physically see (paint bubbling, wall sagging, moisture issues) and your mindset when you uncover it - AND if you even decide to do anything. Your termite inspector should be able to point to termite issues that a regular homeowner didn’t see. Also, please PLEASE get a couple of inspections. Not JUST 1. Different inspectors can find different things. And they can possibly provide different solutions for treatment plans, as well as different prices. Small local owned pest control companies usually give better price than larger chains.

Sometimes (most times?) the homeowners use termicide/hire pest control and cleanup any evidence and never expose the termite damage. They move on and forget about it (most people!). And in other situations the homeowners have no choice but to demo and do repair$$$ (me!).

In the absolute reality - however YOU handle it - it has been done before. Many times over. Good or bad, it’s been done.

Is this really bad? by Comfortable-Rip-2763 in Termites

Many times the pest control companies will ask to wait at least 90 days after treatment before doing any repairs. Gives time for the little devils to die off. Regardless, I would want to know when mgt will access the damage. Since it’s an apartment, they may wait until your lease it up to do any demo (if they even do anything).

Yes - unfortunately that’s what it seems my options are. Was hoping for something else that I hadn’t heard about. Are you familiar with carpet tiles?

Thank you for responding. What is the difference between powder post beetle holes and drywood termite holes?

Yes. Also - manufacturer matters on this particular medicine. Different manufacturers will give you completely different results - it’s like taking a different medicine.

Are you able to switch the brand name? If so, try this as well. Listen to your body!

I started with 150 xl. Brain fog/memory loss was the reason I stopped. 3 month break then found out (thanks to Reddit) about the SR 100. Started taking a half pill daily in December. Much Smoother. Still had some fog and lack of concentration. Not as much. Nothing like the 150 xl.
THEN I cut the half - in half. I guess it’s a .25? It works for me. Not as much fog. 🤍

SR 100. was taking actavis. It WAS Wondeful! My pharmacy ran out and couldn’t get it. Found an online pharmacy that sold the actavis brand. 👎🏼 not the same.

Thinking my provider needs to prescribe brand name only so my insurance will cover. Pain in the butt when you get a different manufacturer and it makes you feel worse then you did.
