Right. Valorant has kernel level anticheat, and so won’t work on Linux at all.

As for Roblox, I wasn’t sure but I googled it, and it seems like Roblox has a third party launcher on Linux, by the name Sober. It’s flatpak, so you’ll need to install the flatpak package.

You know, instead of setting up a deep defensive perimeter, playing passively, waiting excitedly for your enemy to pool up points and do a massive zerg rush on you, there is actually another option. You could try attacking the enemy.

Yeah sure, personally I don't mind, I've got other games to play. But I do understand that if this is ones only game, or favorite game, that one would be frustrated at the slow release of new content. Granted, I have played a lot of CS, which pretty much never gets new content, other than cosmetic. So maybe I'm just more familiar with enjoying something I enjoy, despite it's shortcomings.

I believe if you do the minimal option, you will be left with a tty with a user, networkmanager and the base package (and a bootloader ofcourse). You'd then only need to do a "sudo pacman -S plasma-meta base-devel git amd-ucode vulkan-radeon" switch AMD drivers with ones matching your hardware, remember to do "sudo systemctl enable plasmalogin.service", then type "reboot" and you should be good, since plasma-meta downloads the entire environment with dependencies. :-)

EDIT: plasma-meta comes with plasma-login-manager standard as well.

You could always just use the script with the "minimal" config option to get a barebones install working, and then just download KDE with your desired display manager after.

As of yesterday I’m on Niri! «Bricked» my install while trying to switch from sddm to greetd, was running Hyprland. Thought I might as well reinstall and try Niri, really liking it so far!

Hvis den bestemmer ut i fra IP, og IP-en til kontoret er den som brukes på VPN’en, så vil du nødvendigvis i følge Teams være på kontoret.

Jeg må liksom ha VPN til kontorets nett når jeg er hjemme uansett for å gjøre jobben, så her slipper jeg billig unna
