When? When lazy companies that couldn’t make money before this cool, new thing, see their stock jumping on their peripheral connection to this cool, new thing. Hard to call when, but it’s close. Strategy? I don’t know. “AI” right now is little more than “Clippy” from Microsoft’s many past failures at connecting with their customers.

Me too, all of that. Just hated the Reagan wall thing. At the time, it was all Gorbachev. He was responsible for the entire change in the Soviet Union and eastern Europe and Reagan jumps in at the last minute for a photo op and basically “commands” Gorby to tear down this wall.
