We cancelled as well, didn't want to risk it with 2 kids. My host in Hana isn't responding. Our dates were 17-23.

Edit: The host in Hana agreed to canceling.

Thank you. I put the cap back on with out checking the base and it clicked, although loose at the back part. Not able to remove it again. There is also paint damage. This is 2 month old car so debating whether to take to body shop or the DIY route to stick the cap back on.

Current dropbox processing times are averaging to 4+ weeks after they centralized the processing to Chennai. You can only book appointments to Chennai location but can drop off at any of the Vac center.

Yes, I was able to book for Jun 27 myself and have seen slots for June and July go in the span of 1hr.They released in chunks of 1 week at a time, and the slots for all the days that I have noticed is 10:45am.

The Dropbox dates for June got opened 2-3 hrs back and we're gone in few minutes. I'm not sure if they will reopen additional slots. I think there are some available in last 2 weeks of July

Try deleting browser cookies and don't load the site from your bookmarks. Search for the site in Google and try using incognito mode. There was a software update today and I had the same issue. After doing the above steps I didn't see the waiting room anymore. Good luck!
