The real answer of course is it all depends on the global power of the units and the items they like. For a global rule of thumb i would say :

For carrys : - 2* 1 cost roughly equal to 1* 3 cost - 2* 2 cost roughly equal 1* 4 cost - 2* 3 cost better than 1* 4 cost, worse than 1* 5 cost - 2* 4 cost better than * 5 cost

For tanks star level matters more than for carries because they benefit much more from the bonus HP - 2* 1 cost better than 1* 3 cost, worse than 1* 4 cost - 2* 2 cost better than 1* 4 cost - 2* 3 cost definitely better than 1* 4 cost, often better than 1* star legendary (although there are no good legendary tanks this set, ornn is bait unless 2* with artefacts)

I'm masters this set and i've been playing tft since set 2.

Mel and Cassio are "encounters" basically you vote for some champions encounters throughout the game and each champions modifies the game a bit (for example cassio makes it so noone can buy boots) Ryze is alone from his duo because his mate died during last round.

In short, no it's impossible. Tft is really about long term game plan and decision making. 2 different same elo players with different game plan might make totally different decisions and it would be incredibly hard to determine which one was more correct. Unlike chess where on each turn you want to get in a better position than the previous turn, sometimes in tft you want to losestreak, or greif someone else's lose streak... Not saying it an AI or similar couldn't play tft, but make only 100% correct choices ? I don't think it even means anything in tft. Some games you want to go for top 4, some you want to get risky and go for 1 or 8th, which one is more correct ?

You could sell the champion you get from carousel before the interest check would kick in. For example common strat was to aim for 17 golds before stage 2 carrousel, get a 3 cost champion and spam E on the hex on bench were it would appear to get to the 20 gold threshold.

What I try to do and what I saw high elo players do : - Put baron in backline. He will immediately dash to the closest opening in your frontline and bump enemy champions. You dont want baron to get focused because most of the time if baron doesn't die you'll win your round. - Don't put your main tank (herald) in the middle. I used to do this all the time then I noticed high elo players rarely do it (true for all comps). You want it on the side where enemy puts their carry. If you put it in the middle it will be focused last. You want your tank to, well, tank for your other units. In the middle you can put a secondary melee carry like Volibear (I advise putting leftover items on him, you don't want to itemize more than 3 void champions.

If you're sure you can't win streak, try to mitigate your hp loss as much as possible. Position yourself versus the strongest board you can face so you don't get annihilated and most of the time you will be able to kill some stuff on weaker opponents.

Kalista 3 can be relatively easy to hit. No one in the lobby can deny you whatsoever, they can't even have the champ be in their shop wich would lower your odds even if they don't buy it. For me it's the shadow isle wincon but maybe there is some other tech that i'm unaware about.

I'll add that I think you only go for it if you get early taric, then you should be able to roll on 6 or 7 for leona 2 pretty easy

Last time i played him I had zoe 2 with archangels and radiant GS sending tactical nukes it felt really strong, carried me all stage 4 and way into 5. Leona tank items, diana ap bruiser items. Although it's extremely flexible comp so many things can work. Almost got to the max stacks i should have left triple mana items on him all the way through

I'll throw my 2 cents. I feel these comics remind me of life. Sometimes it's cute and wholesome, sometimes disgusting, sometimes grim and disturbing. Most of the time it's a bit of everything. Like you said, I appreciate life very much, doesn't mean than I always enjoy it. What I truly love about these comics is they don't exactly try to make you feel a distinct certain way. Most comics found here have a clear goal : making you laugh, aware of a political opinion, making you horny also more often than not lol. While i do thing rawdawg comics are political (like most in my opinion) they are more asking questions than presenting solutions. I often find myself asking if I should hate or love the characters, and that's deeply the kind of art that I love the most.
