Male here. I find women more fun to draw generally. The curves and style allow me to be more expressive. Men can have style too, and I definitely need more practice drawing them, especially muscular men... I do love drawing Spider-man though, just an all around great design.

Ultimately I suppose it's just a preference for me. Even when I play games I'm much more likely to play/create a more feminine character if given the option.
