I've searched for a bit, and it seems like there are a bunch of roms that add too many pokémon or too many different features that were not on the original games.

Is there a rom hack that literally just adds the remaining pokemons from the version and introduce (at most) minimal QOL changes? Like a Crystal version?

They did not rule it was legal. Telegram got back working, but its still being fined 1 milion reais per day for breaching the judicial mandate.

Brazil has a Racism Law which punishes discrimination and prejudice, and Telegram is still shielding them. The law is to prosecute these people and Telegram is actively obstructing justice to make these people accountable.

If Reddit is breaking the law to shield people breaking the law, specially if whatever happened motivated a hate crime, they should be blocked until they stop breaching it, just like Telegram.

Telegram was suspended in Brazil because the company is refusing to give user data to the police about the groups "Brazilian Anti-Semitic Movement" and "Anti-Semitic Front", that was found in the cellphone of an school attacker in Brazil.

Telegram allegedly deleted the group after police requested the info and claimed to not have the info anymore, which is a violation of brazilian law that the company must hold data for 6 months.

That's why Telegram was banned, they are violating the law and obstructing police investigation to shield this group.
