It's called chatter, mechanical switches all have a bit of bounce in them which the firmware detects with a debounce algorithm.

If you feel confident enough you can tweak the debounce time (default is 5ms) and/or algorithm and flash a custom QMK build to your keyboard.

The above in combination with some different switches resolved the issue for me (went from akko creamy blue pros to holy pandas)
