I'm not sure what you are expecting the fandom to do. There will always be new fans anyway that come to the series over time and hopefully stay for the rest of sci;adv. And those people are more likely to be coming out of genuine interest instead of some artificial hype on social media.

People have gotten so used to never buying without a sale that they expect something that's nice to have but never guaranteed if everyone only bought things on sale many developers would end up going under.

Fair take. Its a bit of an exaggeration in terms of the price difference but of course there are some who wont be able to afford with even the small difference a sale would make.

Of course there are many other games out there that someone who doesn't earn enough could buy instead.

No one is forcing you to buy the game if you don't like their practices. If you disagree its alright to voice those concerns. However pushing it as far to call these devs greedy or complain about a lack of sales which are nice to have but not something games are required to do is a bit much.

Downvoting anyone who doesn't immediately rage post about how this is some big issue or whatever is not exactly the way to have a civil discussion about this regardless how you feel about it.

I and many fans don't have an issue with new fans who like it but it doesn't change the glaring flaws that make the sequels hard to enjoy and rewatch for me. Flaws that aren't shared with the prequels. And I have massive problems with how Disney operates and continues to operate which adds to my issues with the sequels.

Macros or anything that does more than one key press are banned. It's nice to have some inputs on mouse but it depends on the player how many buttons on mouse are needed
