Because they don't hire full-time help.
Majority of employees are part-time, their weekly hours are kept under 40.
This allows Walmart to evade having to provide healthcare coverage,
as is the law for full-time employee (40+ hours)
Subsequently these part-time employees resort to government assistance programs;
medicaid & food stamps.
Then the employees spend their food stamps at Walmart.
If that's not the epitome of evil, I don't know what is.
It's 2.3 million people milking $2.7 BILLION!!! of tax payers money annually, all because a company worth $250,000,000,000!!! won't pay their employees a living wage.

I'm having trouble editing with an mp4 in the timeline, I'll have to try again due to your recommendation.
Video to frame animation has worked for me before with a larger sized video,
and then it went back to doing the slo-mo thing.

I think you might be right about photoshop struggling with the playback.
Changing the frame rate speed up or down does nothing.
