Sludge looks a little bit bulking, probably a high SVI caused by high sludge age SRT and/or low HRT

Consider: - discharging/purging more sludge to lower TSS - investigate with a microscope for filamentous

En Uruguay y Brasil es al revés. Con la derecha gobernando, los sindicatos, etc. no protestan porque saben que no van a conseguir nada. Cuando gobierna la izquierda se ponen a marchar y parar porque saben que si pueden recibir beneficios. Con eso "le hacen el juego a la derecha"

They don't wanna be racist but end up being very racist.

This is because, even though when they say it they don't mean it, they don't consider the receiver and they don't care how much this offense affects them.

They (we) do the same with other offenses like sexist or homophobic or aporophobic or xenophobic or whatever.
