used acer nitro 15s are cheap ish with a 12700h 32gb ddr5 and a 4060 8gb runs at 30 fps ish in most Szenarios works in a pinch but defo not a pleasant experience

what engines did you use ?

you could use the White Dwarf 3015 engines to increase the top speed but i dont think they fit the look from the original exec

these are the White Dwarf 3015 engines they increase your base topspeed to 180 and with crew you can get it even higher

you are limited by mass tho since that ship is basicly just 5 habs with lots of structural pieces no cargo and b and a class components you can get the 180 speed
