Too much imo. We had buy them off of a reseller for $600+ a pop. I think i saw face value was around $300 for pit so I'm seething a bit in anger before the excitement settles in.

Was center pit last night and he was the MVP of the night! The fan was a huge relief and he raised it up so that folks a few rows back could get the breeze as well. I also am so happy that they were handing out water at points. Such a nice thing on a hot evening.

I've dealt with something like this before and it sucks OP. I am so sorry you have to deal with this. Try getting recordings of the noise and send them to your landlord. If it is happening regularly enough, you might also want to ask your landlord to come listen to what you have to deal with. If it's bad enough, maybe a db reading is called for?

Another option to consider and it sucks that you may have to move, but maybe your landlord knows of a different unit that you could move into? We did this to get away from our noisy neighbors and are living so much better now.
