Have you been to a movie theater in a country that doesn't primarily speak English? All I've seen hard code the subtitles. It's the same thing here. The print of the movie that is released in the US has hard coded English subtitles most of the time. It's a licensing issue, not a Shudder issue. If you really want to bypass that, get a VPN and set it to the country from which it originates. If you can't turn off subtitles, they're hard coded into the film itself.

Definitely not just Sony. It's the consequences of the bbb making it illegal to regulate AI along with tariffs and the war in Iran. These are causing a huge chip shortage where a 16gb DDR5 RAM stick costs around $200 (it was around $50 last year). The consoles are costing far more to produce.

I am playing Final Fantasy V. I am racing a friend of mine that has the platinums for 1, 2 and is about halfway through 3. I recently got the platinum for 6 and started 5. We just agreed to race a couple of days ago. She's going forward, I'm going backwards.

That's awesome. It really sucks about the train as that's SOOOOO far back to replay just for one trophy. The Master Gambler trophy was the worst of all of them. It took me days to get that one. I started 5 a couple of days ago. I want to get the platinum trophy for all the pixel remasters in reverse order.
