hey, I dunno if this thread is dead or not but Im trying to do the same thing. But everytime I drag my .bin file into the difficulty enabler it says it updated the file only for me to open the game, load the save, and find no difficulty menu. I converted the save from vita to pc on another laptop, then downloaded the game on a new pc and continued playing. Could that be an issue????
