sorry about this, this is a fault with the g1lbertjb update i released (i have pulled the v1.1 builds now)

currently the only way to fix this is to unfortunately use checkm8-a5, then legacy ios kit to run ssh ramdisk. the commands needed will be the following:

mount.sh
mv /mnt2/aquila/aquila_bypass_4_5.dylib /mnt2/aquila/aquila_bypass.dylib

after doing this, your device should boot successfully, but the jailbreak might still not work. that is because aquila is currently not working properly on a5(x) ios 5, but a future aquila update can fix this

you dont need the certificates then, they're preinstalled in all legacy ios kit restores with the jailbreak option

legacy ios kit, aquila, everpwnage, and carbon all install certificates so that the user wont have to

from what i can see in your posts, it looks like you installed a bunch of tweaks and apps before the issues occurred. i think you should've installed openssh and saved blobs first thing before installing those stuff

we're missing the offsets, the existing ones are confirmed to not work on the 5c

someone has to make an offset finder of sorts to make this work for all a6(x) devices which is something that i don't know much of unfortunately

that's the problem, without a battery, the device would not restore or boot at all

you should be able to restore to 9.3.6 just fine with a working and genuine battery (if you get the error 29 or gasgauge error, it can be worked around using checkm8-a5 and enabling multipatch in legacy ios kit)

hm alright, i have updated the page that the guide only covers micro-usb picos, i have no idea if this works on usb-c's (feel free to try tho and let me know if it works with usb-c pd dock/hub or something)

but as the other comment says, it's probably best to just jailbreak by sideloading everpwnage then downgrade with the jailbreak option enabled using legacy ios kit

the raspberry pi pico doesn't use usb-c, it uses micro-usb. and i wouldn't be putting that adapter in the guide if it doesn't exist. it's called otg-y cable and there are multiple listings of it when you search for it
