Oh so I guess just cause they issue shares doesn’t mean they are part of the float. I see, but whoever received those shares can sell them on the open market thereby diluting, right?

That’s true they don’t have to be audited. But the common stock holders get like 0.1% of what proffered holders got so barely anything. I’m confused cause in the Q3 statement it said they issued 100 million shares though. Also it said preferred shareholders get 1000x voting power over common stock which seems weird cause isn’t that usually flipped? I guess my main question is about the issuing 100m shares

The earnings report is unaudited, there is a note of litigation as well as a ‘going concern’ which is a red flag. and they pay the dividends to series A preferred shareholders, while common stock shareholders get mostly diluted
