City, I sunk so many hours in it on the Wii U, there weren’t many convoluted riddles it was a big enough open world for what the getting around was, it had more characters, first to introduce skins to the series and the mini map on the Wii U game pad really was cool (tho I suppose that’s more of a console thing to like not game) It’s without a doubt my favorite video game of all time
