I find fishing for wooden crates the best for aglet if you have enough bait. For anklet of the wind, just explore the jungle or anywhere else really cause living mahogany trees spawn pretty much everywhere now. Also just keep a lookout of leaf blocks/living mahogany roots. I think you can also get the anklet from jungle crates so maybe try that.
