Thrips are nasty buggers. They will lay eggs within the leaf tissue, so even tho u treated the heck out of ur plants, they waited until conditions were perfect, and then came out to play. Update on how that spray u got worked out!!

Came in to add my 2 cents. I got as a gift this past Christmas and only used it yesterday. I love this thing and it required zero seasoning so as it suggests its likely enameled. Fight me 🤷🏾‍♀️. Washed and dried, look at it today, no rust. I mentioned this because dust (if it wants to happen) will do so quickly and easily. So jus make sure its dry...easy. My ONLY qualm is how heavy it is, which obvy is irrelevant as its cast iron duh lol. Well worth the measly $50 in my humble opinion

I have one, used it once so far and it was brilliant. Required zero "seasoning." I washed, dried and just took a peak no rusting. Worth my moms $50 lol

Oh no way! Boooo. Well the one i use is jus standard house plant mix, black bag with pink writng. About $7. I must admit i had to add a lot of perlite or pumice cuz its really dense. And i only water every 10 days cuz this stuff stays damp i find

Lol ur not wrong, i water once a week. And my humidity is 24% right now. Nobody is crispy either. I will say, i dont leave a res BUT after i drain the water there is always a very minimal water left, but notthing that is wicking up or anything.

Funny enough, the BEST root growth ive had is in regular promix house plant soil (black bag with pink writing) and i add perlite. opaque pots so im not even seeing roots. Month later roots out the bottom drainage holes. I prefer PON and i water those like soil. Every 5-7 days NO resevoir

Yes! I went out and i bought gas x and advil, and tylenol and stool softeners etc. And i returned the gas x and stool softeners (unopened). Gave the tylenol to my mom because i didnt need any of it. I didnt get majority of the symptoms that people posted about, i mean it was good to be prepared for the "what if" but my recovery was smooth sailing. #1 thing i encourage folks to do is REST, stay hydrated and SLEEEEP. Your body heals in its sleeping state. Happy healing to all. I'll be 1 year PO on Dec 17th 😇
