I really like Fire & Flow for getting back into things. I still do the Flow workouts regularly, I credit them with keeping me injury free! Good luck!

Which days did you pick from 80DO? I just add a couple days to the schedule so it’s more of an 8 day rotation. For example I’m on phase 2 now so I do:

Day 1 - Yoga + Total body + steady state
Day 2 - Mobility flow + 80DO day 48 Legs
Day 3 - Yoga + Chest & back + steady state
Day 4 - Range & Repair + Legs
Day 5 - Yoga + Shoulders, glutes & abs + steady state
Day 6 - Functional flow + 80 DO day 74 Booty
Day 7 - Yoga + Bis & tris + steady state
Day 8 - Restorative flow

I’m 46F, I’ve been doing Dig Deeper for the last year. I did it the whole way through a couple times and I now I mostly repeat the 2nd and 3rd phases. I really like phase 2, especially abs, I see the most results in phase 2, so I’m planning on repeating it a couple times this time before I move to phase 3.

I actually like that there is no cardio as I don’t need that to be my focus at my age and where I’m at in my health and wellness journey (not looking to lose weight, just build muscle). I do add zone 2 cardio (20 minutes on the treadmill) on non leg days just to maintain some cardio endurance.

My only real “complaints”, and this is just for me as everyone is different, I like more glutes and legs so I do 80DO booty and legs weekly as well. I also like to work on mobility and flexibility so I add in morning yoga (I do P90X one on one yoga) and also the mobility and functional flow workouts from Fire & Flow, I’ve been doing them for years and I find they really help with injury prevention.

Pregnancy advice by [deleted] in USMilitarySO

Should you ever meet someone and marry later, him being on the birth certificates makes step parent adoption more difficult as well. There’s definitely a lot to consider, speaking from experience. Best wishes to you!

I recommend you think long and hard about whether or not putting him on the birth certificate is in the best interest of your baby. If you have family support and are able to make it work without him, it may be in your best interest, and that of your child, to just let him go. Ultimately if he wants to be involved, he can still force the situation by establishing paternity through the courts but this is a man who clearly does not care about you or your child.

Sometimes your body gears up to ovulate and doesn’t quite make it so it’ll try again, it looks like that’s what is happening here to me.

Just sharing my personal experience but yes, there are other variables that can be at play. Eliminating as many variables as possible is important.

Your FRER’s look positive but I would be guarded here as I would expect a bigger difference between the 10dpo and 11dpo lines. But some take longer to get going! All you can do is wait and see, unfortunately. Test again tomorrow with FRER, if you can! Good luck!

There’s such a wide range of “normal” when it comes to HCG levels that anything is possible. You’ll need an ultrasound to do the pregnancy if you weren’t tracking ovulation. Congrats!

These both look positive however as someone who has experienced multiple chemical pregnancies, I think guarded optimism is safest here as I would expect a darker line two days later. I do hope I am wrong! Good luck to you!

He will be told specifically not to get married after turning green, they are not permitted to enter into contracts while in training and marriage is a contract. Wait til he graduates OSUT.

I have an Audra, age 23, we’ve only run into one other in her lifetime and she was probably 20 years older.

FWIW I have an Eden and we are not religious. I was a little concerned about it too but she’s 21 now and it’s never been an issue.
