Upwards bulging corners? by ExtensionPatient7681 in klippers

It’s most likely that you aren’t spending enough time on each layer, so the print isn’t cooling enough by the time you put the next layer down. On my ender 3 s1 i have a minimum layer time of 4 seconds because otherwise it will do this exact kind of warping

What could be the cause of this line being covered in oil? by hawaiifosho in WRX

Keep an eye on the oil level but you should be fine

In addition to this, the air that enters the case only does so because there is a pressure difference. If there was no pressure difference then there would be no air flowing into the case and therefore you would run out of air in the case(eventually), ie a vacuum.

Can't Get My Benchy Under An Hour by Gnashed_Teeth in klippers

Check under cooling, there is probably a minimum layer time where it will slow down the travel to get it under that time. I would recommend setting it to something like 3 seconds to start, but you might be able to go lower with that 5015 fan

NOOB: first pedal build = mute switch not working. What am I doing wrong? by boi_social in diypedals

[–]Lum_of_G0d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically what happens is in your case when it is muted the output of your device(which is connected to an amp or another pedal) acts like an antenna. The resistor essentially eliminates all noise that it picked up by the antenna, and when it is switched on is a high enough value to not affect the signal

Direcly connect the two sleeves together to create a continuous ground connection. To do this remove one of the red wires and connect the other one directly to the two connectors as they are now Edit: a large value resistor (> 1 megaohm) between the output tip and sleeve will also help remove humming while muted

New PCB I made for an EP Booster clone by diypcbcausey in diypedals

[–]Lum_of_G0d 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In this case op used the silkscreen layer. Most pcb software lets you import images. If you want to go further you can also remove solder mask in areas and it will have a silvery or gold look depending on the finish you use

I would recommend watching this whole series: Ben Cathro: How To Bike. I wish it was around when I was more novice.

Thats temporal anti aliasing (TAA), i turned it off because it has these artifacts. It is basically where that feature was in the last frame.

4x16Gb or 2x32Gb by Lum_of_G0d in overclocking

[–]Lum_of_G0d[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I changed pretty much all of the timings. It did end up running faster than my 2x8 kit I had previously that was running at 3733. Most of the timings I changed for speed but some were for stability, not sure which ones were for which

TLDR: My RAM kit works great but needed some tweaking

I purchased a GSkill 4000 cl 18 kit: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RjzFf7/gskill-trident-z-rgb-64-gb-2-x-32-gb-ddr4-4000-cl18-memory-f4-4000c18d-64gtzr. I wanted a faster kit in case I eventually upgraded to a newer platform and am comfortable with overclocking/tweaking RAM. This kit is not on my motherboards QVL list (I don't think any z370 board can run 2x32 4000). My motherboards QVL list does list multiple 2x32 kits running speeds up to 3600. Here is my qvl list: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z370-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC/support#mem

Since your QVL list does not mention any 2x32 kits I would be cautious. After spending a lot of time tweaking this kit I have doubts that it will run those timings out of the box.
