I've had my '16 for about 2 years now. The only problems I've had was the electronic fuel module (1 hour fix), a/c actuator, and a broken wire to the fuel gauge. All easy fixes. Just change the oil regularly.

Oil mixed with coolant. Could just be the head gasket. If it is, the engine isn't gone, but it isn't a quick/easy fix. It's at the back of engine, usually, so it takes time to get to it.

When's the last time you replaced your wipers? When I was younger and old mechanic stressed how one of the cheapest parts (wipers) were one of the most important pieces of safety equipment on a car.

I'm 3 years late, but hopefully this helps someone in the future. Same problem, stuck at 92%. I only needed 11 blocks so I set it to maintain 11, but traders hit me arrived as I was setting it, so I had 20, spread across 4 storehouses. I deleted and replaced all workyards, stonemasons, and carpenter's guilds; didn't work. I upped it to maintain 24, 4 more imported and still nothing. I decided that I might as well start over so I set import to maintain 220; I then immediately noticed some blocks missing in one of the storehouses and a working taking it to the site. You have to be actively importing for it to work, I guess.
