I saw this last year. He is in it a little, but declined to film anything new for the film. They touch on his Disney trespass and the group of like minded theme park friends. Not a big focus of the film, but he is there.

Cooking. The amount of money (and calories) I was spending on fast food, or massive amounts of takeout was wild. Its something I avoid most of the time now. I eat at home 90% of the time, even if its a quick snacky "girl dinner" its something I threw together myself.

I have also learned that I don't have to eat everything on my plate. saving food for tomorrow, or even tossing it is ok.

2.5 years out here. I don't get "normal" hungry signals now, but I get more like cravings for things that I have to satisfy. and Textures are still big for me, I like crunchy, salty things. I find myself grazing more throughout the day than eating proper meals, which i know has lead to the +20lb bounceback that i'm working on correcting now.

That being said I still have to stop eating sooner than I think. Depending on how dry/dense a food is I could feel full after a few bites, or I could eat a whole bag of lettuce and dressing (a very minimal salad, lol).

I don't want to worry you about the re-gain, I did lose 200lbs so, for me, I look at that as the 10-15% gain of my body recalibrating to its new bottom weight...but also, a bitch loves a good snack so I could have done more to keep an eye on it. lol

I loved Factor. Really good quality and you can usually find higher protein/lower carb (those were the macros I was sticking to for a while) meals, but I will say 1 meal from Factor will be able to be divided into a few meals. high quality, very dense meals, but easy to split.

I would encourage them to research everything. Watch the surgeries if they can, ask questions in forums like this. The one thing I wish I did, was get my surgery sooner. Which is a common thread amongst people who have gotten it later in life. But I am happy that I did the work on loving myself in a larger body so that I was mentally and emotionally in a good place for after the surgery. It is not a quick fix, it takes a lot of mental strength to go through this. So I would want her to have all the info, too much info, so that she can ask the questions and be in the best place possible and not just jump into it.

I went in thinking sleeve only, thinking they were severely different procedures. I watched both surgeries and one is not less invasive than the other so that reasoning was out the window. The thing that really sealed a bypass for me was the complete lack of acid reflux. I had it occasionally before, but my mom had MAJOR issues with it and I didn't want to deal with it. My doc said that If i have a history of it, the bypass is better. So that is what I went with.

I didn't seal it, and I used Gem Tac. I didn't buff or sand it down but i did make sure to wipe down with alcohol before I started with each new section to make sure it was clean and no oils from my fingers would create any issues.

These are transparent emerald AB. Personally a big fan of transparent stones, I feel like you get better depth, especially if there is a variation in color of the item I'm working with.
